Mr.
Dominique specializes in the management of complex real time embedded
critical software systems using state of the art technologies.
Experienced with modern project management tools (several tools,
including MS Project) and methodologies, Capability Maturity Model (CMM),
Safety and Product Assurance of real-time Software, and expert in a
broad range of IT fields and industry domains. Mr. Dominique is an
approved Design Approval Representative (DAR) representing the Minister
of Transport in the Industry for Aircraft Appliance Certification. Paul Baracos , Ph.D., Chief technical officer Dr. Baracos is a highly-trained engineer with expertise in automation and controls, real-time systems, simulation and software development (project management, feasibility studies, proposal preparation, financing and R&D tax credits, design, coding, simulation and validation, testing, start-up, training and after-sales support). He also has extensive commercial experience including consulting, technical marketing and sales. Ludovic Dissaux, V&V and Quality director Twenty years of experience in engineering and
management of products and projects in information processing,
telecommunications and emerging technologies. Involved in specification,
design, development, procurement, audit and acceptance of complex

Software systems development and verification. Marvin Sebastyan, Director of systems Senior systems engineer with experience in program management, technical liaison with international development teams, subcontractors, and prime contractors co-ordinating solutions to technical and program issues. Brian Wong, former CEO, cofounder, consultant Mr. Wong has a solid background in electronic systems, hardware design and production, mathematical analyses (including probability and statistics), software development, and testing. Mr. Taillefer is senior communications and avionics engineer with over 18 years experience in hardware development including FPGA programming and ASIC design. He also specializes in military document writing to applicable standards. Mr. Yeung is an electrical engineer with significant software-development and quality-control experience.
